What is happiness in our life?




What if people change the gesture from How are you? to Are you Happy? Things will change, right? Because no one will ever be able to answer a “Yes” for this question. Look everyone has a  different perspective for describing what happiness is for real. To begin with, happiness is a  problem and to understand this better I would like you to visualize this famous story with me.  About twenty-five hundred years ago there was a prince who never go through even a moment of suffering. His every need, every desire was fulfilled by the king. The king built high walls around the palace that prevented the prince from knowing the outside world. These all practices spoiled the child but one-night prince snuck out of the palace to see what was beyond its walls. He was horrified when he drives through the local village he saw sick people, people struggling,  old people, people in pain, homeless people, and people dying. When the prince returned to the palace, he was disturbed by realizing that it was the riches that made him so miserable and unaware. He decided to run away. The next night the prince snuck out of the palace again, this time to never return. A few years went by and as the legend goes, the confused prince sat under a  tree for forty-nine days, and years later this prince made his own philosophy and taught it to the world. The prince later became known as “Buddha”.

 What makes a good life? I am sure 

happiness is not the only answer because our life is not constant it looks like stairs toward achieving better every day, to learn and grow. Happiness is important but there must be a  boundary of enjoying things and wasting money on just what makes you happy for a little time after that you will be back to normal just like a crumpled piece of paper lying here and there thinking about the time you wasted. 


HAPPINESS COMES FROM: 

SOLVING CHALLENGES- Yes, challenges are constant, for instance, if you want to qualify for a certain exam you need to schedule your time. There comes a new challenge “time management” to wake up early, make your own coffee, and manage your studies along with other chores. So, challenges never stop they are in life only to make you better and stronger to live in a world filled with uncertainty. For some people the challenges are what we already have to eat fresh food, wear something to keep you safe, keep yourself clean, to have a roof on your top, our challenges are nothing if we compare it with those people who struggle for their basic necessities. But ultimately this is life and 

comparing wouldn’t be a solution everybody has their own journey to rise above it and to become a better version of themselves to be happy and energetic. 

READING BOOKS- You must have read this line “Books are our best friend”. Because they welcome us to the real world even before we can experience it. They train our minds in all the best possible ways to analyze a situation and work effectively. Reading a book can never be a waste of time and effort because they give us happiness beyond our imagination. Maybe while reading it you may feel boredom and it might appear philosophical but while going through the same circumstances, when your mind will already be prepared you will feel the importance of reading it in the past and trust me the pleasure it would bring to your eyes would be unforgettable and worth it and to not miss this kind of experience you must take a look on the blog  Things that books can give us. 

FINDING HAPPINESS IN OUR BUSY LIVES: 

1. Don’t make happiness your ultimate goal it will only lead you to focus on how to be happy not enjoying the work you are really doing. A recent study found that the more  people strived to be happy, the less happy they were, this means they might hope for  something better to keep them happy, not to work effectively to bring happiness and  meaning to their life 

2. Connecting with people helps to break the ice to experience the real world in the best possible way and this topic should be a must when it comes to universities, schools, and even offices because I believe “sharing is caring” is not only limited to food it has to do so much when it comes to knowledge to broaden the horizon of an individual. There should be a DOGME approach which is spotting one’s own learning. This is practical learning, interacting with peers; activities based which leads to learning faster using creativity exploring topics because of different individuals, different minds to broaden thinking it also helps to develop to listening ability. 

3. Writing Journals can help in the best way it is the best practice to explore your creativity in both writing and craft, it helps to let out all the struggles you have been through all day, for some people it is an ultimate reason to be happy because the time when they write their journal makes them the happiest and it is the best hour for them to connect with their soul and live that moment. 

4. Exercise or do cardio trust me this is the escape from your regular lives towards happiness and energetic life also if you struggle to get up early in the morning managed to take out time in the evening and do this to help yourselves to release dopamine and to

CONCLUSION 

Last but not least what do you want from life? If you say the same answer good package and to be happy, but remember that nothing comes easy and everybody enjoys what feels carefree and perfect. But the real question comes how happy would you really be when you will go through the more painful path. Because the more difficult the path would be the greater excitement will be there in the journey to achieve more by overcoming the challenges by having a happy and positive attitude towards life.
